I've just uploaded to Github and Express.js template using Hogan. It actually uses Hogan-express which is a Mustache template engine for Express 3.x. that supports partials and layouts.
At the moment there is one /basic folder but my hope is that this get built up (or forked etc) so it can act as a reference.
