Lockdown.co.uk has a good article on "Password Recovery Speeds".The document shows the (maximum) time it would take to guess(brute force) a password based on the characters and complexity of it. There's not that much new information here, bascially the sum of it is that you should have a good mix of alphanumeric and non-alphanumeric characters in mixed cases.
