If like me you search Google from Firefox address bar using something like "gg search" then you'll be glad to know you can do it with the desktop search. Just set up a new bookmark pointing to http://127.0.0.1:4664/search&s=1180316066?q=%s and give it a keyword - i'm using gd for Google Desktop, and there you have it.
